Ingredients:
• Corn tortillas
• Shrimp
• Oil (for frying)
• Cabbage (chopped)
• Red onion (chopped)
• Queso fresco (crumbled)
• Sour cream
• Lime
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat up some oil in a pan. While it heats, season your shrimp with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, toss chopped cabbage and red onion with a squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt.
3. Fill your tortilla with shrimp and fry until golden and crispy.
4. Top your tacos with the cabbage, red onion, queso fresco, and sour cream.
